Regulatory Disputes
Regulatory Disputes & Appellate Litigation
Why it matters now
When a regulator acts, the law usually offers a way to answer: a reply to a notice, an appeal to a tribunal, a writ petition before a High Court, and, where the question is large enough, the Supreme Court.
New regimes raise questions no court has yet decided. Many of them will be settled in the next few years, in cases argued now.
We appear before tribunals such as NCLAT, SAT and TDSAT, bring constitutional and administrative challenges, and handle the insolvency, arbitration and mediation that follow when frontier businesses fall into dispute.
